There is an index and also contact info for 5 discount mail-order services.

  This non-profit organization's web site provides information about lymphoma research.

  A non-profit lymphoma group north of the border! (The Canadian border!)

  Although this fella is a "computer scientist, not a doctor", his site contains extensive information about all aspects of treatment, and it is very well written.

  This is a very comprehensive set of resources about bone marrow transplants, including links to medical journal articles and much, much more.
  This is a wonderful, illustrated book aimed at children undergoing a transplant but very educational for adults and children alike.
